A portal to the high Rockies
A 2,700 square foot log home at 7,600 feet, on 30 acres that border national forest, with the Colorado high country on one side and the red desert toward Moab on the other.
The Home
Room to gather. Space to disappear.
Timber beams, a wood stove, a wall of glass facing the valley. The house sits high on the Western Slope of Colorado and is open for stays and gatherings of every kind, from a quiet week offline to a full wellness retreat.
Eight guests sleep comfortably across two queen beds and four twin beds. The kitchen is built for cooking together, the living room faces the mountains, and the evenings end in colour.

Morning light, a big window and the door to the deck steps away.
Guest Rooms
Four twin beds across quiet rooms, each with its own window.
The Great Room
Peeled-log trusses rise to a gable of glass. Good acoustics for music and movement.
The property
A homestead at 7,600 feet
The house began as a hobby farm and homestead. It has been recently remodeled with real materials and no composites or plastics, so the wood, stone and metal you see and touch are what they appear to be.
The lavender patch and the greenhouses are still here. The 30 acres border national forest, and the property has deeded private access to the Grand Mesa National Forest.
